Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Novi, MI to guide the store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies.

You will act as the brand ambassador in the local market and drive loyaltythrough community engagement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, outstanding communication, and a passion for people.

What does a Squishable Retail Sales Lead do?

• Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with company priorities and values
• Enforces sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories
• Holds self and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivity
• Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market or mall to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)
• Resolves customer issues with a solution-oriented, forward-thinking approach; partners with the Store Manager and/or the District or Regional Manager as appropriate
• Develops individual and team product knowledge to stay up to date on all current Squishable in-store products
• Assists in supervising the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals and use company tools; empowers others and encourages individual growth

Compensation

Pay rate is $16.00 per hour
