Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Costa Mesa, CA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will drive a welcoming, customer-first environment that goes beyond transactions to create memorable experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure brand priorities are communicated and executed across the sales floor. This role emphasizes teamwork and initiative in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around store and stockroom; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with general operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep team on track with goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
