Job summary

Claire’s in Sevierville, TN is seeking a part-time, non-exempt sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service, upsell accessories, and drive in-store promotions. You will work on the sales floor, maintain displays, and engage with customers to express personal style.

The role includes piercing training, operating a POS, managing inventory, and supporting the Store Manager to keep the store energized and organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service is required.
• Ability to upsell and promote promotions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Undergo comprehensive training to conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain appealing store displays, organized inventory, and an easy-to-shop layout.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and maintain a positive energy in the store.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and stay aligned with fashion and social trends to suggest products and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire's fun and joyful brand.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s haul on social media.
