Claire’s in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking part-time, non-exempt Retail Specialist to join our team. The role includes piercing services, sales-driven duties, and creating engaging store displays. Base pay ranges from $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with opportunities to upsell and promote brand events.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, comfortable with cosmetics and fashion trends, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will cover piercing protocols and POS operations.

Qualifications

• You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• You are passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves.
• You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.
