Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Wichita to energize a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll guide selling behaviors, coach teammates, and ensure a clean, well-organized store that showcases our Famous Footwear brands and customer service excellence.

You will drive daily sales through coaching, inventory management, and flawless execution of store routines. A passion for shoes and helping customers find the perfect fit is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
