• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide coaching and accountability to employees by enforcing policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of management.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention in the absence of management.
• Communicate store needs to store management.
• Complete all assigned tasks and training.
• Provide a fun, full-service experience to customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
