Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for WHBM Outlet located at Paragon Outlets in Eagan, MN. The role focuses on supervising the team, delivering personalized customer experiences, and upholding brand standards.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive, customer-centered approach. Part-time hours include nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for development within our brands.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
