Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead in Sevierville, TN. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, lead associates, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining an inviting store appearance and empowered team members.

You will leverage your 1–3 years of retail experience, strong customer service focus, and ability to train and motivate staff to reach peak performance. This is a Regular/Part Time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage to understand needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations via the selling model.
• Support store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll.
• Communicate daily updates to store teams and prioritise tasks.
• Assist onboarding of new associates and adhere to brand guidelines.
