Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to build brand loyalty and respond to customer needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and break area; promote a positive work environment.
