Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Tempe, AZ to guide a team on the sales floor, deliver a premium customer experience, and assist with daily store operations. As Leader on Duty, you’ll step in for the Store Manager, coach associates, and ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards.

You will drive sales performance, manage inventory and POS tasks, support shipments and visual merchandising, and help launch new products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
