YETI is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder for our Flagship Store on South Congress in Austin, TX. You will provide leadership and direction to the store team, coach brand enthusiasts, and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the store leadership, you will manage operations, inventories, floor sets, and merchandising while supporting community events and brand initiatives to grow sales and customer loyalty.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced, specialty retail.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits and interest in YETI products.
