Kitty Hawk Kites is seeking a Retail Sales Keyholder for the Outer Banks, NC. The role builds on entry-level duties with greater responsibility, including supervising cashiers and assisting management in daily operations.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock merchandise, and help maintain promotions. This position reports to store leadership and requires reliable, motivated individuals with solid retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and inform customers
• Accurately ring up purchases
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements
• Open and close store, including closing out the register; carry keys; disarm and arm alarm system
• Receive and stock merchandise
• Maintains all areas of the store, including thoughtful merchandising, recovery, and cleaning
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Monitor and assist cashiers and other staff as needed
• Assist with training and supporting new employees
• Handle managerial tasks when manager and assistant manager are unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned
