Job summary

Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a business-focused intern. You’ll research ecommerce trends, support digital sales, and collaborate with global manufacturing teams and retail partners. The role develops communication, data analysis, and project coordination skills in a dynamic, global environment.

The internship runs January 11th to August 13th, with a pay range of $22–$27 per hour. After the internship, returning intern or full-time opportunities may be offered.

Qualifications

• Senior, master’s, graduate or MBA student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Sales.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Data analysis proficiency for interpreting trends and supporting strategic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.
• Strong presentation skills for sharing insights with clarity and impact.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Conduct in-depth research on eCommerce trends to identify new business opportunities and support digital sales strategy optimization.


• Gain exposure to a global manufacturing environment and collaborate with world-class retail partners.


• Learn to communicate effectively with customers, understand market demands, and contribute to revenue-driving initiatives.


• Organize and manage team meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and tracking follow-ups to ensure seamless collaboration.


• Assist the sales team in coordinating cross-functional projects with departments such as finance, operations, and marketing.


• Support the development of strategic insights by analyzing sales data and customer behavior across digital platforms.
