Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate in Union City, TN. You will help maintain a welcoming store, process POS transactions, assist shoppers, and ensure the floor is clean, stocked, and easy to navigate.

This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to work closely with store leadership to uphold Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through education, training, and employment.
