Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate in Jackson, TN. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store, assist customers with product location and checkout, and support merchandising and store readiness throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to procedures, and safe, efficient front-end operations. Training will cover POS use, cash handling, and daily housekeeping in a fast-paced nonprofit retail

Qualifications
