Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to customers in-store. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, helping customers with their choice, answering questions, and delivering an outstanding service experience.

In this role, you will focus on meeting sales, service, and operational goals while building strong customer relationships. A high school diploma and comfort with technology are required, with opportunities for incentives and career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to resell the value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, maintain a clean retail environment, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.
