Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking two full-time Sales/Production Associates for our Oak Ridge retail store. You will greet donors, process donations, stock the sales floor, and assist customers with pricing and recycling options.

The role involves cashiering, inventory management, and the coordination of sizing and color. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, inventory duties in a retail setting.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from donors, accept and unload items, and thank donors.
• Process items: sort, hang clothing and household items, test, clean and mark merchandise.
• Cashiering: conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit procedures.
• Cleaning duties: floors, shelves, windows, break room, fixtures, fitting rooms and dock area; report maintenance needs.
• Customer service activities: assist customers, price merchandise, offer recycling bags, explain store operations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
