Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Wichita, KS to support daily store operations, assist customers, and process donations. The role requires teamwork, accuracy, and strong ethics to reflect Goodwill’s mission of education and employment opportunities.

The position involves ringing sales, handling cash, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized storefront. You will engage customers, assist with donations, and help ensure a safe and welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers and operating cash registers.
• Ability to sort, stock rotate and inspect textiles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Adherence to safety policies and confidentiality of records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain helpful and courteous relations with all persons who come into the store and co-workers.
• Be familiar with the merchandise and its location.
• Maintain store goals as instructed by the store manager.
• Observe cash handling procedures and safety rules at all times.
• Assist with receiving donations and answer customer questions.
