Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring at its Lowell, MA store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold store standards. You will engage customers, process transactions accurately, and support merchandising and safety initiatives.

Starting pay is $16.25–$16.75 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer. Flexible scheduling and employee discounts are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support store recovery and safety initiatives
• Assist in various store areas as needed by the business
