Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales/Custom Framing Manager in Ramsey, NJ. You will lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships while delivering framing solutions and driving custom framing sales.

Responsibilities include managing SOPs, onboarding, training, and inventory, and acting as Manager on Duty to ensure store KPIs are met. Flexible to schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is required/valued.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
