Job summary

Mobilelink LLC seeks a Retail Sales Consultant in Richland Center, WI. The position offers base salary with commission, full-time/part-time hours, and opportunities for growth within AT&T retail leadership paths.

Training, tools, and a defined career path are provided to drive success in sales and customer service. Benefits include a $500 new hire bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO after 90 days, and paid life insurance.

Qualifications

Clear communication skills with positive attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Strong social media presence preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy with a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customers' needs.
Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with bonus potential.
Occasionally participate in outside sales events and community activities to drive customer acquisition.
