Mobily is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) in Tucson, AZ. This role offers full-time/part-time positions with base salary plus commission, and a $500 new hire bonus.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, tailor solutions to customers, and represent AT&T professionally while supporting store operations. Qualifications include strong communication, honest customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
