Job summary

Prime Communications, LP is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, devices, and entertainment solutions. You will join a team that values upward mobility and internal advancement.

The role offers base pay plus a commission plan with a $40,000 to $50,000+ annual potential based on performance, plus a ramp-up bonus during the first 3 months and a range of benefits. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
