Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants in Scottsdale, AZ to guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach and to participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls. The role includes a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling available two weeks in advance.

Responsibilities center on meeting sales targets while offering the latest devices and services, and training is provided for those new to sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
