Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless products and services. You will join a team that values growth and internal promotion across 2,000+ locations nationwide, and you’ll have the chance to advance into leadership roles as you hit sales goals.

Expect base pay with commissions, a ramp-up bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
