Job summary

AT&T in Columbia, TN is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach. You’ll be part of the community, help customers online, and respond to inbound and outbound inquiries.

The schedule runs 9am–9pm including weekends, with a 40-hour work week and advanced scheduling two weeks out. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and even without sales experience, training and coaching are provided to help you meet your goals.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $48,100 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
