Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Cortlandt Manor, NY. You will engage customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach, guiding options and building meaningful connections.

You’ll participate in events, handle online orders and outbound calls to existing and potential customers, working 40 hours per week including weekends. Starting range $55,000–$75,000 with uncapped commission, with geographic, experience, and education/training factors affecting starting

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• No sales experience? Training provided.

• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Fast-paced environment; be flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. Tools, training and coaching provided to help meet goals.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Salary and Commission

Our new Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $55,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
