Mobily, one of AT&T’s nationally authorized retailers, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional customer service and understand customer needs. You will build value through tailored solutions while representing the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.

You will assist store operations, strive to hit sales goals and KPIs, and may join outside events to support growth. Applicants must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the US, and available to work

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing AT&T products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Clear communication skills- attitude and technical aptitude.Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrityA background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strong Social Media presence preferred.Must have reliable transportation to the location.Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.Ability to operate a personal computer.Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
