AT&T in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer experience and sales at the LV BLUE DIAMOND CROSSING location. You will stay up-to-date on data and entertainment technology, understand customers' needs, and help them discover how our products meet those needs through demonstrations.

Our compensation ranges from $39,884 to $75,000, with hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities.

General Essential Functions

Customer Experience and Sales Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs Multi-task in a fast paced team environment Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers

Pay & Benefits

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $39,884 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
