Prime Communications, the largest privately held AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Los Angeles, CA. You will assist customers in selecting wireless products, services, and accessories, provide clear product information, conduct needs assessments, and process sales transactions.

You will aim to meet or exceed sales goals while upholding company policies and delivering excellent customer service in a team-oriented store environment.

Formación

• Strong sales consulting and retail sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Experience building rapport and understanding customer needs to drive satisfaction and referrals.
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and encourage repeat business.
• Good verbal communication, basic math, and computer proficiency; quick learner of new products and systems.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Consultant role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Retail Sales Consultant will assist customers in selecting wireless products, services, and accessories that meet their needs, providing clear product information and support throughout the buying process. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, performing needs assessments, presenting solutions, processing sales transactions, and supporting store merchandising and cleanliness standards. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals, following AT&T and Prime Communications policies, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented store environment. The consultant will use communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Experience and Customer Service, focusing on building rapport and understanding customer needs.
