Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Knoxville to connect with customers using a consultative sales approach, guide options, and drive sales with uncapped commission potential.

You will participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls while working a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided as needed.

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $46,400 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
