AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Juneau, AK. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, support events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base. The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with schedules provided two weeks in advance.

No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed targets while you build relationships with customers and teammates.

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Able to learn tools, training and coaching provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.71 $25.61, including uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
