AT&T in Hoover, Alabama is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll create meaningful customer connections using consultative sales to showcase devices and services, helping families and communities stay connected.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training and coaching provided to reach and exceed goals. This fast-paced role offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks’ notice for seniority-based schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; stay flexible to evolving tech and customer needs.
• You’ll receive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed sales goals.

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $43,300 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
