AT&T in Glendale, CA seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose among devices and services with a consultative approach. You’ll handle in-store interactions, online orders, and outbound calls, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

This fast-paced role offers a 40-hour week with weekend shifts, a commission-based earnings potential, and comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), PTO and more.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
