Job summary

AT&T in Elko, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative sales approach. You’ll guide options, meet sales targets, and earn uncapped commission as you help friends, families, and communities access the latest devices and services.

You will participate in local events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Training is provided if you don’t have prior retail experience.

Schedule and Hours

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast‑paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers’ needs.

Training

Salary and Incentives

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.57 - $20.45 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
