Job summary

AT&T in USA CO Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through AT&T devices and services with personalized expertise. You’ll drive sales on the floor, assist with online orders, and engage with both existing and new customers to help them find the best solutions.

You will work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services to customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers’ needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
