Job summary

AT&T in Chicago is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers through personalized sales expertise and guide options with a consultative approach. You’ll help meet sales targets while leveraging AT&T’s products and services to bring communities closer together.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, with a schedule 9 am–9 pm including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

• You’ll work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Compensation

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $47,500 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
