Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Camp Hill, PA (Capital City Mall) to build meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales approaches. You’ll meet sales targets through the full suite of AT&T products, devices, and services, with an uncapped commission structure and a schedule that includes weekends from 9am to 9pm.

Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus, and training will be provided to help you achieve goals.

On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.

You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

our new Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $47,500 - $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
