AT&T in Boulder, CO is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right data, Wi-Fi, and entertainment solutions. You will educate customers, perform product demonstrations, and strive to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced team setting.

This role offers 40 hours weekly, on-site work, competitive compensation ($47,000–$75,000 including hourly pay and uncapped commissions), plus comprehensive benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO and more.

Customer Experience And Sales

• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
