Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting products, drive sales through engagement, and greet customers in a welcoming manner. You will maintain a clean, organized space and manage backstock during shifts.

The role requires excellent communication, basic math skills for payments, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, with prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Drives sales through engagement of customers
• Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized
• Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift
• Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items
• Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• One year of retail or customer service is preferred
• Highschool Diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
