Job summary

General Mills is seeking a freshman or sophomore to serve as a campus ambassador, representing the company at university events and coordinating internship opportunities. You will partner with the Recruiting Team Lead to develop a campus recruitment plan, serve as the main contact for students, organizers, and professors, and help organize interview processes and career fairs across the listed campuses.

This temporary, part‑time role runs August 2024 through March 2025 and includes daily

Responsibilities

Exposure

• Network with corporate recruiting team members and senior leadership.
• Organize campus recruiting social activities and volunteer events.
• Collaborate with career center staff to build strong relationships.

Compensation and Timing

• Pay: $14 per hour, temporary non‑scheduled part‑time position, no additional benefits.
• Timing: August 2024 – March 2025.
• Daily breakfast and snack samples provided during the school year.
• Campus ambassadors who perform well will receive preferential consideration for the General Mills Summer Internship program.
