Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Village at Meridian to deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold Vuori’s brand values.

You will build relationships, greet customers, and collaborate with the sales team to provide knowledgeable service on merchandise and fit. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on active participation in a fast-paced retail environment and adherence to cash handling procedures.

• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Assist in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
• Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis – including floors and bathroom.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of merchandising/visual directives.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

• Compensation: USD 15 - USD 18 - hourly

• Willingness to lift and move products and equipment and boxes weighing up to 30lbs

• Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

The hourly range for this role is $15/hr - $18/hr, plus team pooled commission.
