Job summary

YETI is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate for a store located at The Point in El Segundo, CA. You’ll engage customers and showcase YETI products while delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

A flexible schedule, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required to support fast-paced retail needs. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a customer-centric role, strong communication, and a tech-savvy approach to adopting new processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes.
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.47 Hourly USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
