Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a friendly Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4560 in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet customers, run the register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. The role includes liquor and lottery sales with compliance, upselling, and occasional cross-training.

Great teamwork is expected in a fast-paced retail setting. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, weekly pay, and benefits; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ requirement.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math proficiency required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable, friendly, and customer-focused.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and run the register accurately and quickly.
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales when appropriate.
• Keep inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to look fresh.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, sweep and mop entryways.
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
