Floor & Decor in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Stone department. You will help customers select products for their projects, provide friendly and accurate service, and participate in keeping the floor stocked and presentable.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities. You will operate the POS at checkout, assist with orders, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while maintaining safety and organization on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.

The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.**Physical/Sensory Requirements*** Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
