Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a leading telecommunications retailer. You will drive in-store sales, engage customers with consultative conversations, and connect product solutions to customer goals.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will participate in training, assist with merchandising and inventory, and collaborate with local events to grow retail engagement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
