EILEEN FISHER, Inc. is seeking Sales Associates in New York to welcome customers, promote our brand, and support a sustainable fashion cycle. You’ll deliver friendly, attentive service on the sales floor, assist with merchandising, and use new technology to assist shoppers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive store atmosphere, and a flexible schedule to meet store needs. Compensation ranges hourly with benefits and clothing allowances as described.

• Retail or service industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• As Sales Associates you share positive energy and create an atmosphere of possibility with our customers; promote our philosophy, values, and our purpose.

• Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution to service our customer.
• Perform merchandising tasks including steaming, folding, and displaying product per EF standards.
• Perform light cleaning to maintain a clean and organized space.
• Open and close out procedures as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education

The hiring salary range for this role is $17.00- $20.00/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
