Job summary

Banana Republic in Colorado is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll engage shoppers, educate them on products, and deliver a best-in-class experience across in-store and online channels.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals, participate in loyalty programs, maintain a neat store, and support all store operations while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, mobile apps, and registers.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience using an omni‑channel approach.

• To be considered for this role, applicants must:
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hourly Range:

$15.50 - $19.00

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
