The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at HomeGoods in San Antonio to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist customers, maintain an organized sales floor, and follow store procedures to support daily operations. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to multitask while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross‑trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

Salary

This position has a starting pay range of USD $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
