Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for The Grove Flagship Store in Los Angeles, CA. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, help customers find the right products through strong product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming retail environment.

The role requires on-site availability, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour based on experience and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer-service mindset; greet customers, communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 4–8 lbs; move product up to 50 lbs; ability to stand for extended periods; kneel, squat, climb ladders or stairs as needed.
• Preferred prior experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a part-time/seasonal Retail Sales Associate , you will deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Through authentic customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and a passion for the New Balance brand, you will help customers find the right products while contributing to a welcoming and organized retail environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Grove, CA Retail Only Pay Range: $18.42 - $19.65 - $23.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
